With the purchase of your bowling equipment at Valcke Group NV, you have opted for durability and the best quality. However, should your purchase still not function properly under normal use, we will take care of repair or replacement of the defective parts.

Example: Your CPU Card Nexgen shows a malfunction, such as an interrupted circuit, bad contact, inexplicable error.

HOW TO MAKE A REPAIR REQUEST?

This can be done simply by sending the item to be repaired to our offices in Wevelgem. In order to make the repair procedure as optimal as possible, please fill in the document below and send it with the item to be repaired to the address below.

PRACTIAL INFORMATION

  • The repair procedure usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. . 
  • We ask our customers to install and test the repaired item immediately upon receipt.
  • A repaired part comes with a warranty period of 6 months, during which you can offer the repaired part for repair again..

WHAT ABOUT A WARRANTY REQUEST OR AN INTERVENTION REQUEST?                       

Despite the excellent quality of Brunwick products, you can always make an intervention request in case of a malfunction.
